The IMO TALENT INDUSTRIAL TRAINING (ITIT) is a specialized, 3-month program designed to Discover, Develop, and Empower 1000 Talents from the 27 Local Government Areas of Imo State. It is founded by the Talent Aid Academy to help the people of Imo State individually discover, develop, and use their unique talents to transform the economic state of the people and the land.
The program is designed specifically for the industrial training of Talents in Imo State, aiming for transformation and full employment of Imo Talents.
The ITIT program brings together renewed masters in various talent fields to mentor, train, and guide talents from raw idea conception to the creation of internationally marketable solution products.
From sewing and costume design to tech and industrial fabrication, this apprenticeship ensures practical, hands-on development that culminates in a major exhibition showcasing the talent's innovation.
This month is the foundation for authentic discovery and development. Talents pass through the ITIT Talent Discovery Test to uncover their individual talents.
The practical empowerment month. Each Talent conceives a solution idea and turns it into a globally accepted standard product.
The period following the exhibition focuses on talent employment and business establishment, including CAC registration, IT Business management support, and monitoring by the TAA Talent Business Management Team for one year.
A special provision to support 3 MOST OUTSTANDING TALENT INDUSTRIAL COMPANIES established by ITIT Talents who have distinguished themselves with landmark products and proven potential to employ more than 10 Talents.
